What is Mindfully Gay?

Mindfully Gay is a vibrant and inclusive community that celebrates the intersection of mindfulness and gay identities. Our group is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their personal journeys, embrace their authentic selves, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness.

We believe in the collaboration of body, mind and spirit as tools for self-discovery, personal growth, and overall well-being. Through various activities such as meditation, yoga, proper nutrition and wellness, group discussions, workshops, and social events, we aim to create an environment that encourages open dialogue, connection, and empowerment.
